These CRMP's have been developed as a guide and monitoring tool to assist business in complying with the requirements contained in the relevant Act. They are a generic framework of the compliance provisions and risks. The CRMP's can be used in one of three ways depending on your circumstances:

1. Internal use (company compliance check only);
2. In-house group use (one company serving the compliance needs of other companies in a group of companies);
3. External use (company supplying outsourced compliance function).
