To formulate, guide, implement, monitor and/or review appropriate strategies, processes, and enabling mechanisms to achieve adequate and effective compliance with compulsory and voluntary obligations in an integrated and sustainable manner.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for proactively and constructively assisting the Clientèle Group (“Group”) in managing its responsibility to comply with all regulatory requirements and minimise compliance risks through the providing of advice and guidelines to operational management through the application of risk management principles, policies, processes and procedures.

To effectively deliver a quality compliance and risk management service to our clients at a regional level. Adherence to the compliance requirements as per FSCA, FICA, POPI, Long- and Short-term Insurer outsourcing, Company Act and NCR. To provide the best business solutions and train individuals and groups.

CAT I and/or CAT II experience as well as Long, Short-term Insurer outsourcing experience will be an advantage.
