Notice is hereby given of the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Compliance Institute Southern Africa NPC (the Institute), to be held online via MS Teams on Thursday, 9 July 2026 at 13:00.
This notice is issued to active members with voting rights as at the record date of 17 June 2026. Registration to attend the AGM is required for administrative and access-control purposes and closes at 17:00 on Tuesday, 7 July 2026. Voting rights will be verified against the Institute’s membership records.
This Notice must be read together with the AGM meeting pack, which includes the agenda, proposed resolutions, proxy form and supporting documents for the AGM.
